OUR GROUP had a marvelous time in May 2007 visiting Crete, Santorini, Naxos, Athens, Nafplio and Epidaurus, and I discovered a new isle, Kea! After a 2009 solo trip, I now have a happy sextet set for a May 2010 adventure, following the 2007 route. However, if you're interested in joining me in Spring 2011, bookmark this site, and contact me by Fall 2010, when I'll be planning an exciting new itinerary that will also include some past favorites.
Let's go to Greece!

Are you interested in traveling in Greece for 16-18 days affordably?
Would you like to visit the Greek Isles with 3-4 congenial travel pals instead of a large group? Would you like to do it all for less than HALF the cost of large-group travel, paying as you go, but with someone else doing all planning and arrangements? Then read on!

Ever since my schooldays I dreamed of seeing Greece, until I finally took the plunge in 1999 -- and embarked on a whole month of Greek Island-hopping on a shoestringMy experience was so unforgettable I've been back almost every year ever since… and now I want to share it with you.
Let me describe what I discovered on my first trip --
I journeyed to Santorini and Crete with a friend for 10 days, and then spent 20 days on my own, visiting Paros, Naxos, Mykonos and Delos, Delphi, Nauplia, Mycenae and Epidaurus.
I feasted on tomatoes, apricots, and strawberries bursting with flavor ...swam in the bluest water on earth ...sat spellbound at that nightly Wonderama, the Aegean sunset ... hiked to hilltops covered with sheep and ruins, admission free, not even fenced... meandered down lanes festooned with flowers, flowers everywhere, lovingly grown in olive-oil tins.
I explored ancient sites but I also encountered something even better ... the Greeks of today.
I found a people living simply with innate dignity and pride, the ability to enjoy the richness of each day, and the grace to share it with others. Their lifestyle is far different from ours ... and we can only sample it. But still, Greece has deeply changed and enriched my life.
That's why I've been drawn back again and again ... and why I love to bring others to Greece.
In my extended trips I've learned how to see Greece affordably and have twice the fun -- and I can show you how. That's what this website is all about - I'm not in it for profit; all I want is to defray my own modest costs and share the fun.
